CANVEST®Fungal qPCR Test Kit (Probe Method)

This test kit is primarily suitable for cell-based products with short shelf life and small batch sizes, where it is not possible to complete release testing before product use. It can also be used to detect common pathogenic fungal contamination in master cell banks, working cell banks, and virus seed batches.
It is used in conjunction with the CANVEST® Fungal Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit. It can detect over 700 species of fungi, including common pathogenic fungi such as Candida, Aspergillus, Cladosporium, Trichoderma, Penicillium, Saccharomyces, and others. It has been verified for no cross-reactivity with non-fungal organisms, and the nucleic acid detection limit is as low as 1 copy/μl. The kit has high sensitivity, strong resistance to matrix interference, withstands repeated freeze-thaw cycles, exhibits good personnel reproducibility, and has broad instrument compatibility, demonstrating comparability with pharmacopoeia methods.
